- Soft non-abrasive cotton cloth
- Warm Water
Maintenance Process:
Use warm water, mild non-acidic liquid detergent or soap and soft non-abrasive cotton cloth to remove any grease or grime.
Note: Do not use copper polish/cleaners, abrasive materials, acidic or abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals such as acetone, which will compromise the integrity of the integrity of the lacquer finish.

Boy, was I nervous to order something this big and expensive with only one review for the company (not even the hood I ordered); but to be honest, it was the cheapest copper hood I could find by $3000.Customer service is responsive and superb and shipping was weeks faster than the estimate given. The exhaust fan is powerful, but reasonably quiet. And most importantly, the hood is gorgeous and exactly as I hoped it would be from the picture. I love it! And as an added bonus, the hood came in a wooden crate I had to open with a crow bar. I felt like Indiana Jones.
