Good so far. Easy installation.
Replaced a 24yo G.E. Spacesaver MW with this one. Orig oven had a failed magnetron tube (about $55 on Amazon), but wanted to update looks anyway. Got this Cosmo for about $300 total. Mount bracket had to be replaced, but this one fit right where the orig one did, no need to modify tile backslash. It looks better and it's bigger inside. Had to drill new holes for upper mount screws only. Had old one out and this one in and done (solo), in about 1 hour.

I was hesitant on this purchase because I wasn't familiar with the Cosmo brand. I did some research and learned that Cosmo makes a variety of high end kitchen ranges, range hoods and microwaves that are sold through Home Depot and other such places. Now that I've installed this microwave my wife and I could not be happier. It's sleek, modern appearance compliments our other black appliances, the unit works perfectly, it's quieter than our Kenmore was, the controls are easy to read and intuitive and my wife really likes the way the dual lighting illuminates the stove top while she's cooking. For us, this is a 100 percenter.....love it!

I’ve had this for about three weeks now and I like the sleek look as well as the functionality. A feature that I really like is that you can hit a number on the keypad without having to push the start button, i.e. push “2” and it will just start cooking for two minutes. Amazon commenters had a problem with the “done” beeper that continues until you open the door but I actually like that feature. I didn’t like the bright white LED down lights because they didn’t match the warmth of my counter lighting and the lights are NOT changeable so I solved the problem with putting colored filters in the LED light compartments and now it looks great. Also, because the door is so wide, I had an issue with the edge of the door hitting my cabinet handle when I open it fully so I have to either open the cabinet door before I open the microwave door or, open the microwave door only partially (which is enough to get the items in and out of the oven). Over all, at least as of now, I’m glad I chose this oven.

I like the microwave. We are using the microwave over a gas range in an RV. I would prefer that the Wall bracket attach to the top portion of the backside of the microwave rather than the bottom portion. This would give it more support. This microwave is designed to hang under a cabinet and our RV does not allow for that option. We are having to reinforce the hang with brackets from the top. The microwave is sleek. The LED light is very bright with a high and low setting. The fan vent is quiet but plenty Strong to vent odors out of our RV. So far my opinion is that I would definitely buy this microwave again if needed. My only complaint which does not reflect on cosmos is that I received it with a dent on the top. In fact I guess this is a plus for cosmos that it still works after UPS mishaps with delivery. However after calling Cosmos for two days now and only listening to their on hold music I have yet to speak to anyone there. Amazon has been my only recourse to report the damage and they are quick to answer like always.

The microwave looks sleek and the dimensions were spot on to fit perfectly over our range. Only problem... the microwave arrived with dents on every corner. One corner was dented so badly it pushed the side out over an inch and a half. I was going to over look the dents and try to install it. I thought maybe the dents will be covered by the cabinets. I started to install the brackets to the wall, but something told me to test it out first. I placed a cup of water inside and set the cook time to 45 seconds. The light turned on and the fan started to blow. The glass plate started it's rotation and I was so relieved... until I pulled out the cup. No change in water temperature. I unplugged, waited 30 seconds and tried again. This time trying to warm up a cold cup of tea. Again... you guessed it, no temperature change.
I was so disappointed. I really wanted this microwave to work. It looked so good with my Samsung stove and black stainless fridge. Welp I guess I'll stick with the brand I trust... Samsung.

My old Maytag finally died after 15 years. It's not easy finding one that fits the same space and has all the features you want. That and I'm considering moving soon, so this microwave would have to be left behind. I installed it myself and it wasn't too bad. The worst was cutting a half inch off the top of the tile backsplash. Once installed the microwave looked and worked great! I am really liking the quality and features. The sensor reheat is really nice. I couldn't use a microwave without the add 30 seconds feature. Finally the express minute settings let you hit a single digit and wait 3 seconds and then is starts for that many minutes.
I'm happy with the quality and features of the Cosmo microwave.

I can't list all of the additional touch features it has, but it's significantly more. The lights are LED, very bright, and come with a dimmer switch. It's also a quieter operation and a quieter exhaust fan.
Installation was easy enough, though it is tricky to get all the holes to line up in the right place even with the paper template that is provided. If you are not someone that is mechanically inclined, I highly recommend you seek professional installation.
We like this so much, we are seriously contemplating buying a matching range from COSMO.
